Role Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Channel Sales professional to drive business growth for our WPC product range through architects, developers, contractors, hospitality projects, and dealer networks. The candidate will be responsible for project sales, channel development, customer engagement, and achieving regional sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Development & Customer Engagement
- Generate enquiries and close sales through Architects, Developers, PMCs, Hospitality, Contractors, and End Users.
- Conduct regular client meetings, product presentations, and CPD sessions to promote product adoption.
- Build and maintain a strong project pipeline and ensure timely conversion into business.
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders in the construction and interior industry.
- Channel Partner Management
- Identify, appoint, and manage distributors, priority dealers, and trade partners.
- Support channel partners in securing and executing project opportunities.
- Coordinate with certified applicators for smooth project execution.
- Provide product training, marketing support, and technical assistance to dealers and partners.
- Business Planning & Reporting
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
- Submit regular reports on enquiries, pipeline status, closures, and dealer performance.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market developments.
- Brand & Marketing Support
- Ensure strong brand visibility through displays, POP materials, and promotional activities.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and regional marketing initiatives.
- Collect market feedback and customer insights to support business strategy.
- Drive local market activations to generate leads and enquiries.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in Channel Sales / Project Sales preferred.
- Background in Building Materials, Interior Products, WPC, Plywood, Laminates, Furniture, Hardware, or related industry will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
