Job Description

Role Summary:

We are looking for a high-performing professional with a strong real estate sales background to build and scale the Blitz and Offline acquisition channels in Kolkata. The role will own on-ground execution, team building, and business delivery for the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage Blitz & Offline sales channels for Kolkata.
  • Drive lead generation, site visits, and conversions.
  • Build relationships with brokers, developers, and local partners.
  • Track performance metrics and improve productivity and conversions.
  • Coordinate with central teams for operations and marketing support.

Must-Have Requirements:

  • 38 years of experience in real estate sales / channel sales.
  • Strong local market knowledge of Kolkata real estate ecosystem.
  • Proven experience in building teams and driving targets.
  • Hands-on, execution-focused mindset.

Preferred:

  • Experience in startups or fast-scaling sales setups.
  • Prior experience handling offline acquisition or broker networks.
