Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Channel Sales Executive based in Mumbai. The Channel Sales Executive will be primarily responsible for managing and developing relationships with channel partners, driving sales growth, and providing excellent customer service. Key tasks include identifying new business opportunities, collaborating with partners to achieve sales goals, and ensuring effective communication to align strategies and goals. The role also entails providing product insights to partners and addressing customer inquiries efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Channel Sales and strong understanding of managing channel partners
  • Excellent Communication skills for building professional relationships and collaboration
  • Strong skills in Sales techniques with the ability to drive business results
  • Customer Service skills to address inquiries and ensure partner satisfaction
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field is preferred
  • Experience in the audio-visual technology industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
