About the RoleWe are looking for a Demand Lead to drive sales of inventory through our channel partner network. This is a highly execution-focused role where you will be responsible for onboarding, activating, and scaling channel partners, while ensuring fast inventory liquidation within defined TAT.
You will work closely with the city leadership and play a key role in driving on-ground revenue.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs)• Own and deliver monthly sales targets by disposing of inventory within defined TAT
• Onboard new channel partners (CPs) and expand the network in the city
• Drive activation and repeat transactions from CPs
• Increase the active/transacting CP base consistently
• Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners
• Lead and manage a team of 4–6 executives across assigned zones
Key Requirements• 4–6 years of experience in channel sales / distribution / B2B sales
• Strong experience in onboarding and revenue-generating roles
• Experience managing a team of at least 3–5 members
• Good understanding of the local market (Pune / Mumbai)
• Startup or high-growth environment experience preferred
• Highly target-driven, execution-focused, and hands-on

• Candidates must be based in and familiar with the respective city
