About the Role: Premier Energies Limited is currently seeking a bright, motivated and entrepreneurial candidate to join its Channel Sales team. We are hiring for multiple locations which include Guwahati, Bangalore, Delhi, Thiruvananthapuram.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively promoting and selling solar modules through the distributors, driving necessary secondary sales.
  • Establish and nurture a productive distribution network in the assigned territory. Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, expand market presence and achieve desired sales growth.
  • Foster strong relationships with distributors and key stakeholders to ensure long-term business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Be on the field and identify market trends and customer needs, competition activities, provide all these critical insights for sales and marketing strategies.
  • Effectively manage the assigned territory, including regular travel, customer visits, and support in after sales services.
  • Will be responsible to execute the local marketing activities, ensure brand visibility in the given territory.

Required Skills: Must have skills in Dealer/Distributor Management, Good communication Skills, Solar Industry Knowledge. Good to have Event management, Retailing, BTL activities, B2B and B2C sales.
