Key Responsibilities:
DSA Management & Business Development
- Identify, onboard, and activate DSAs in assigned territories.
- Drive business volumes through DSAs to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with DSAs.
- Act as the primary point of contact for DSA support and issue resolution.
- Conduct regular meetings, training, and engagement activities with DSAs.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Monitor channel performance and share regular MIS and performance updates.
- Implement corrective actions to improve productivity and conversion rates.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing and closures.
