Designation - Deputy General Manager - Channel Partner
Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with channel partners and get the leads for the projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and stakeholders.
- Lead negotiations and finalize commercial terms with clients.
- Coordinate with sales, legal, CRM, finance, and project teams for smooth transaction processing.
- Drive revenue generation and achieve sales targets.
- Actively do the closure wherever needed.
- Maintain MIS reports .
- Resolve customer concerns and provide excellent client servicing.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities, especially within the Pune & Mumbai real estate market.
- Coordinate with site teams and management for smooth execution of project-related sales closures.
Required Skills:
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent client handling and relationship management abilities.
- Sound knowledge of real estate sales processes and documentation.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and reporting.
Qualification:
- Graduate / MBA preferred.
- 10 to 15 Years experience in real estate sales closing is mandatory.
