Job Description

Designation - Deputy General Manager - Channel Partner

Key Responsibilities:

  • Connect with channel partners and get the leads for the projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and stakeholders.
  • Lead negotiations and finalize commercial terms with clients.
  • Coordinate with sales, legal, CRM, finance, and project teams for smooth transaction processing.
  • Drive revenue generation and achieve sales targets.
  • Actively do the closure wherever needed.
  • Maintain MIS reports .
  • Resolve customer concerns and provide excellent client servicing.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities, especially within the Pune & Mumbai real estate market.
  • Coordinate with site teams and management for smooth execution of project-related sales closures.

Required Skills:

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Excellent client handling and relationship management abilities.
  • Sound knowledge of real estate sales processes and documentation.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and reporting.

Qualification:

  • Graduate / MBA preferred.
  • 10 to 15 Years experience in real estate sales closing is mandatory.
