Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive Channel Partnership Manager to drive growth through advisor networks, client meetings, and strategic partnerships, converting leads into long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and build partnerships with financial consultants, chartered accountants, investment advisors, family offices, portfolio managers, and other advisors.
- Generate new leads through strategic partnerships, advisor networks, and business outreach.
- Meet clients face-to-face to understand needs, present solutions
- Actively follow up with prospective partners and clients
- Develop and maintain strong long-term relationships with strategic partners to drive recurring business.
- Collaborate with internal marketing, business development team to ensure smooth execution of partnership-driven opportunities.
- Represent the company in networking events, roadshows, and industry forums to expand reach.
- Provide regular reporting on partnership activities, pipeline, and conversion metrics to management.
Requirements
- Master's degree in business, Finance or Marketing/ CA
- 2-6 years of experience in business development in any field, corporate banking, partnerships
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel to meet advisors and clients.
- Relationship-building and networking ability
