Job Purpose - To drive vendor and dealer onboarding for Supply Chain Finance by working closely with fintech partners and corporate relationship managers, ensuring seamless adoption of SCF solutions. The role will focus on building strong channel partnerships, leveraging fintech ecosystems for scale, and enabling end-to-end onboarding of anchor-linked vendors and dealers to achieve disbursement and AUM growth.

Locations - Chennai/ Bangalore/ Mumbai/ Delhi

Role

Vendor & Dealer Onboarding

  • Collaborate with anchor relationship managers to map vendor/dealer ecosystems for acquired anchors.
  • Drive awareness campaigns, training, and engagement sessions for vendors/dealers.
  • Ensure smooth digital onboarding, KYC, and credit limit activation in coordination with operations and fintech partners.
  • Track activation metrics and ensure high conversion ratios from onboarding to usage.
  • Monitor daily disbursements and maintain high utilization by engaging regularly with dealers/vendors.
  • Cross-sell other SCF products like SBD/PBD

Business Development & Growth

  • Support achievement of disbursement, utilization, and portfolio targets through vendor/dealer participation.
  • Identify opportunities for scaling SCF adoption across fintech channels.
  • Work with product and policy teams to customize solutions for different vendor/dealer profiles.

Governance & Compliance

  • Monitor documentation, data privacy, and process compliance during onboarding.
  • Ensure timely repayments and collections.
  • Maintain high quality portfolio with no DPDs/NPAs
  • Maintain MIS dashboards and provide regular updates to management.

Collaboration

  • Act as the bridge between fintech partners, anchor RMs, operations, and technology teams.
  • Provide feedback from the field to refine SCF products, processes, and onboarding journeys.
  • Support resolution of vendor/dealer issues during onboarding or post-activation.

Qualification & experience - Graduate / MBA in Business, Finance, or Marketing.

  • 37 years of experience in channel management, partnerships, or business development within Banking, NBFC, or Fintech.
  • Prior exposure to SCF products like vendor/dealer financing
  • Strong understanding of SCF ecosystems, and digital onboarding processes.
