Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Overseas Channel Manager to develop and manage international channel partner networks across global markets. The candidate will be responsible for expanding overseas business operations, building strategic partnerships, driving international sales growth, and ensuring strong coordination with distributors, agents, and international associates.

Key Responsibilities

International Channel Development

  • Identify and onboard new channel partners, distributors, and business associates.
  • Develop and execute overseas channel expansion strategies across assigned international territories.
  • Build long-term partnerships to enhance market penetration.

Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners.
  • Conduct regular meetings, performance reviews, and business updates.
  • Resolve partner concerns and provide timely support.

International Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Drive international sales targets through overseas channel partners.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies for improvement.
  • Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual business goals.

Global Market Analysis

  • Conduct international market research to identify competitor activities, industry trends, and regional opportunities.
  • Provide market feedback and business insights to senior management.
  • Explore new business opportunities and expansion areas.

Partner Training & Operational Support

  • Train channel partners on company products, services, and operational processes.
  • Ensure partners comply with company standards and policies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of operations.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and partner performance reports.
  • Maintain proper documentation of partner agreements and business activities.
  • Ensure timely submission of MIS and operational reports.
