About the Role
The
Channel Manager – Branch & Rural plays a pivotal role in enabling and enhancing the performance of the investment acquisition channel across geographies. This role is responsible for designing and executing strategies that improve customer engagement, acquisition quality, and cross-sell effectiveness. It involves coordinating with multiple stakeholders across business units to manage programs, products, and processes, while ensuring alignment with business goals. The role also supports front-end teams with tools, training, and insights to drive execution and deliver results.
Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
- Design and monitor channel execution strategies, resolve issues, and initiate corrective actions
- Provide tools, enablers, and sales processes to support channel development.
- Ensure timely and quality delivery of products and services in line with channel plans and regulatory standards.
- Drive central initiatives across products, services, campaigns, and business opportunities in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Provide regular insights to leadership on ground performance and suggest course corrections.
- Develop content, coaching, and training resources aligned with business expectations.
- Plan and execute Rewards & Recognition programs tailored to business dynamics.
- Identify market opportunities and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance front-end capabilities.
- Facilitate product and segment-specific initiatives to boost business output and improve acquisition quality.
- Drive stakeholder engagement and business growth in coordination with local and central leadership.
Secondary Responsibilities
- Liaise with front-end teams to gather feedback and support them in achieving business targets.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance value through employee lifecycle management.
- Initiate activities and highlight concerns to enable timely course correction.
- Prepare and report channel performance across geographies at regular intervals.
What We Are Looking For
Education

Experience
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in channel management, retail banking, or sales enablement roles.
