We are looking for a high-ownership Channel Lead (Credit Cards Acquisition) to build and scale offline acquisition channels for Scapia's credit card business. This role will own end-to-end performance across promoter-led activations, DSAs, wealth manager partnerships, and corporate tie-ups.
You will be responsible for driving high-quality customer acquisition at scale, building strong channel partnerships, and ensuring operational excellence across geographies.
Key Responsibilities
1. Channel Strategy & Expansion
- Own the offline acquisition strategy across:
- Promoter-led setups
- Direct Selling Agents (DSAs)
- Wealth managers / financial advisors
- Corporate partnerships & on-ground activations
- Identify and onboard new high-potential partners and geographies
- Continuously optimize channel mix for cost, quality, and scale
2. Channel Ownership
- Build and manage promoter-led acquisition across offline channels
- Design on-ground engagement models to maximize conversions
- Ensure consistent branding, training, and customer experience across locations
- Track productivity per center/promoter/channel and drive improvements
3. Partner Management (DSAs, Wealth, Corporate)
- Source, onboard, and manage DSAs and channel partners
- Build relationships with wealth managers for premium customer acquisition
- Drive corporate tie-ups for employee acquisition programs
- Negotiate commercials, incentives, and SLAs
4. Execution & Performance Management
- Own end-to-end funnel: lead generation → application → approval → activation
- Track KPIs such as:
- Cost per acquisition (CPA)
- Approval rates
- Activation rates
- Channel-wise productivity
- Implement performance dashboards and reporting mechanisms
5. Training & Governance
- Design and roll out training programs for promoters and partners
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies
- Monitor quality of sourcing to minimize fraud and mis-selling
6. Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with:
- Product & Growth teams to refine acquisition journeys
- Operations teams for smoother onboarding and fulfillment
- Marketing teams for collateral and campaign support
Ideal Candidate Profile :
Experience
- 4–8 years of experience in channel management / offline acquisition
- Prior experience in credit cards or unsecured lending is strongly preferred
- Hands-on experience managing:
- DSAs / channel partners
- On-ground sales teams or promoter networks
- Corporate or institutional partnerships
Skills & Competencies :
