Drive business growth through partnerships with foreign banks, private banks and wealth management firms. Own channel strategy and targets for AUM, customer acquisition, gross and net sales across equity, debt, alternative investments, PMS and SIPs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop channel strategy, deepen distribution partnerships and identify new business opportunities.
• Own national channel targets and support regional teams in driving sales and market share.
• Work with partner research and product teams to secure product approvals, onboarding and recommendations.
• Negotiate competitive commercial terms while maintaining profitability.
• Lead joint campaigns, product launches and partner engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate with investments, products, sales, legal, compliance and finance teams to execute business plans.
• Analyse market trends and partner performance to improve sales productivity.
• Lead, coach and develop the channel team.
