The role
We are seeking a proactive, high-energy Channel Enablement & Event Specialist to join our team. This role is focused on driving engagement, pipeline creation, and the successful execution of partner and end-customer events. The ideal candidate will have technology or UEM (Unified Endpoint Management) experience, and a passion for building relationships with both partners and end customers.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with Channel Managers in the region to plan and execute partner and end-customer events.
- Own the end-to-end coordination of partner and customer events, from concept to delivery, ensuring high-quality experiences.
- Travel across the region as required to oversee event execution, manage logistics, and engage with stakeholders on-site.
- Be the on-site brand ambassador, with the ability to confidently host, emcee, or present at events as needed.
- Proactively engage with partners and end customers to drive awareness, adoption, and pipeline generation.
- Support sales pipeline creation activities, including lead generation, outreach, and tracking engagement.
- Serve as a product evangelist, communicating the value of our solutions effectively to partners and customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of campaigns and events.
- Track, measure, and report on event and engagement outcomes to continuously improve performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in partner/channel sales or sales coordination from technology, UEM, or related field.
- Proven proactive, can-do attitude with a hunter mindset.
- Strong event planning and execution skills; able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel for regional events and partner meets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging both partners and end customers.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on results.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with regional teams.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and event management platforms is a plus.
