Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Channel Development Manager based out of Hyderbad/Mumbai/Chennai. The Channel Development Manager will manage and expand partnerships with channel partners, oversee account management, implement effective business planning strategies, and contribute to the growth of channel sales. Responsibilities include identifying potential partners, developing effective sales strategies, building long-term relationships with existing partners, and achieving revenue and distribution targets.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Business Planning and strategic decision-making
- Experience in K12 Channel Sales and managing channel partner relationships
- Strong skills in Account Management and sustaining long-term partnerships
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with Channel Partners to achieve sales growth
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus
- Experience in School textbook sales or a similar industry is preferred
