Change Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage change control processes across multiple embedded automotive projects.
• Review, evaluate, and approve change requests ensuring risk assessment and impact analysis are complete.
• Communicate change impacts to relevant stakeholders and track change implementation.
• Maintain change records and audit compliance to internal and industry standards.
• Facilitate change advisory board (CAB) meetings and drive decisions.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong experience in change management within automotive or embedded product domains.
• In-depth understanding of change control procedures and tools.
• Excellent organizational and negotiation skills.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
• Familiarity with regulatory standards in automotive industry is a plus.
