Title: Change Manager
The Strategic Implementation Management Services team is seeking an experienced recruiter who is looking to take the next step in their career.
In this role you will work on Randstad Sourceright MSP implementations and partner with the Change Lead who will direct work and manage the client relationship. The Associate will join client engagement calls to hear the discussions first hand and then will manage the necessary actions with the oversight of the Change Lead.
Tasks for Change Manager:
- Drafting of Change impact assessments
- Coordinate stakeholder mapping (development and maintenance of the stakeholder matrix)
- Drafting of Change approach documents
- Preparation of communications and engagement schedules
- Preparation of client facing artefacts (e.g. briefing decks, roadmaps and explainer videos)
- Use of Gemini and toolkit to support writing content
- Preparation of training needs analysis, plans and schedules
- Drafting of training content or quality assurance for training content prepared by collaborators
- Preparation of user guides and instructional videos
- Drafting of engagement surveys and learning assessments
- Shadowing Senior Change practitioners, to understand client context and requirement for the above
- Capturing actions in meetings, tracking in project RAID. Following up actions with various stakeholders
- Collaborating with project team members to gather information required for Change workstream
Skills needed in Change Manager:
- Experience delivering MSP/contingent workforce solutions for clients
- Ability to juggle competing demands
- Ability to work in a client facing role
- Ability to synthesise client information with Randstad standards
- Planning and organisational skills
- The ability to close out actions (e.g. chase information and answers)
- Strong ability to craft a story/narrative through a quality presentation deck (words and visually)
- Ability to understand what matters to the receivers of change
- Ability to use Gemini, NotebookLM and Google Vids
- Understanding of adult learning and communication principles
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to work North American hours
