Job Description

We are looking for experienced professionals in Change Management and Project Coordination with strong knowledge of the Banking and Financial Services domain. The ideal candidates should have experience in process documentation, operating model transformation, stakeholder management, and project governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Study existing processes and document the Current Operating Model (COM) in collaboration with process stakeholders.
• Translate current processes into the Target Operating Model (TOM), clearly defining the roles and responsibilities of each team.
• Coordinate with central teams to identify target users and define access requirements for different entities.
• Collaborate with relevant teams to complete user access management and onboarding activities.
• Develop and coordinate training plans for target users to support the implementation of new operating models.
• Support the Program Manager with project planning, progress tracking, issue management, and preparation of meeting minutes.
• Monitor project deliverables, track validation and post-implementation activities, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Facilitate communication and alignment among project teams, regional stakeholders, and central teams.
• Ensure the effective implementation of Target Operating Model principles in collaboration with Finance and other stakeholders.
• Support project governance activities and provide regular progress updates and reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bangalore: 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• Mumbai: 10–12 years of relevant experience.
• Mandatory experience in the Banking and Financial Services domain.
• Experience in Project Management, Project Coordination, or Change Management.
• Strong understanding of financial processes and operating models; accounting knowledge is an added advantage.
• Experience working in global and multicultural environments is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
