Job Summary

We are looking for a Change Management Consultant to support business transformation initiatives by driving user adoption, stakeholder engagement, communication, and training activities. The successful candidate will work closely with project teams and business stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of organizational changes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support change management and business transformation initiatives.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis and change impact assessments.
• Plan and coordinate communication and engagement activities.
• Organize and support end-user training sessions.
• Prepare training materials, user guides, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with business users, vendors, and project teams.
• Track project risks, issues, and change adoption metrics.
• Maintain project documentation using Jira and Confluence.
• Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills

• 2+ years of experience in Change Management, Business Change, or Project Coordination.
• Strong Stakeholder Management (Mandatory)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in change communications and training coordination.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.

Good to Have

• Prosci ADKAR or other Change Management methodology.
• Experience in Healthcare, Finance, or Billing projects.
• Knowledge of Agile or Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
