Change Management Engineer

Location: Ahmedabad / Pune

Experience: 5-7 Years

German Language: Preferred

Key Requirements:

• Experience in project coordination and change management within automotive/product development projects.
• Hands-on experience with change management tools such as PÄM and AVON.
• Manage and track change requests from initiation to implementation.
• Coordinate with suppliers, system developers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Monitor project schedules, milestones, risks, and action closures.
• Handle quality and production-related issues, including customer complaints and corrective actions.
• Prepare project documentation, status reports, management presentations, and weekly updates.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and documentation skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and project tracking activities.

Preferred Background:

• Automotive OEM or Tier-1 supplier experience.
• Exposure to supplier coordination and vehicle/product development projects.
