The Change Manager will focus on C&C GCC end to end transitions responsible for driving change execution across both sending and receiving markets, ensuring alignment of processes, people, and ways of working throughout the full transition lifecycle. The role orchestrates core change and transition activities including integrated communication planning, multifunction training and capability readiness, knowledgetransfer governance, adoption risk management, and stakeholder engagement across business, functional, and enabling teams.
This role provides structured oversight of endtoend readiness-tracking impacts, interdependencies, and adoption indicators across multiple functions to ensure smooth golives and consistent, sustainable uptake of new processes within the GCC model. The Change Lead partners closely with HR, functional SMEs, Transition Management, and GCC leadership to maintain change networks, manage risks and issues, and ensure all transition tasks, templates, and deliverables adhere to established change standards.
Ultimately, the role strengthens workforce readiness across the value stream and supports postimplementation stabilization to embed new operating models and sustain longterm adoption.
