Work you'll do: The Change Management (CM) team is a crucial part of the Deloitte Technology organization. Our vision is to drive value realization for Deloitte Technology and member firms by embedding a change management discipline and mindset into our services and programs. The Change Management team applies a consistent, proven methodology and a bespoke toolkit to deliver technology change and critical business outcomes across Deloitte member firms. The Change Management team's scope includes assessing the impact of a given technology service or IT-enabled program on our stakeholders, defining the most appropriate change management approach, and partnering with the relevant teams within Deloitte Technology and the member firms to drive to a successful outcome.
Assistant Managers on CM team are responsible for executing organizational change management activities for various complex global internal and external facing products/projects in collaboration with cross-functional team members.

Qualifications:
Role Specific Responsibilities
Change management
- Ability to learn and use defined and established organizational change management processes, templates, and guidance
- Support development of project-specific change management scope, strategy, approach, and deliverables
- Assist with development and delivery of project scope within specified timeframe including:
- Stakeholder analysis and engagement
- Change impact analysis
- Leadership engagement and alignment
- Readiness assessment
- Communications, training plans and materials
- Local adoption tracking and reporting
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to translate technical concepts and business information into various forms of documentation for various audience types (non-technical business teams, technical teams, system administrators, and integrators)
- Strong proficiency in:
oMicrosoft Office, SharePoint, Teams
oScreen capture tools (e.g., Snagit)
oWeb site design/layout
- Ability to interact with varying levels of management
- Execute agreed upon workplans related to delivery of change management materials
- Manage work independently and complete multiple concurrent assignments
- Ability to Identify/escalate risk/issues
- Experience across global organization
Managing Relationships
- Ability to interact with varying levels of management
- Ability to develop effective working relationship with senior stakeholders (internal and external)
- Meet regularly/as needed with project teams to stay abreast of current project scope and timelines
- Collaborate with member firm stakeholders to promote readiness and adoption of solutions, standards and processes
- Collaborate well in team environment, manage conflict, support team success, and contribute to a positive team culture
- Mentor and develop junior team members
Required qualifications:
Education (degree): Bachelor's Degree in related discipline or an equivalent amount of professional experience working in a matrixed global environment
Relevant Experience: 6 - 8 years experience in a professional/client services capacity, emphasizing skills in the following areas: communication, change management, documentation, learning, and general business analysis.
Other Preferred Qualifications:
- Instructional design / Technical writing
- Working knowledge of eLearning tools (Captivate, Articulate Storyline/Presenter, Brainshark)
- Flexibility/adaptability comfortable working with ambiguity and continually evolving priorities
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- CCMP or Prosci is an added advantage
