Change Management Analyst

As the Change Manager you will be part of the Database Production Services team who are key to ensuring IT Service availability & allowing the business to function and operate effectively with overall change process enablement.

Location- Gurugram/Noida

Experience required- 3+years of experience with ITIL change management

We will count on you to:

• Manage end to end change management lifecycle from initiation to closure.
• Review and validate change requests for completeness and compliance
• Manage queues for Database related change requests utilizing domain knowledge to manage changes efficiently through their lifecycle
• Facilitate communications about changes and change reviews which requires coordination among involved teams and requester.
• Prepare and maintain change management reports.
• Ensure changes are appropriately categorized, prioritize and scheduled.
• Help and support other areas of the IT Service Management for better hygiene and governance cadence.

Experience :

• 3+ years of working experience in ITIL change management process.
• Comfortable and flexible with shifts. preferability EMEA/ UK shift hours.
• Exposure to ITIL Service Management (or similar) processes and methodologies.
• ITIL Foundation certified.
• Good experience in application, database or other application related technology support.
