RED Global is seeking an experienced Change & Communications professional to support the P&O Archiving & Document Management System (DMS) Program. This role ensures a smooth transition from folder-based document storage to a Workday-integrated DMS for all P&O/HR documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead communication strategy and content for DMS rollout, including training programs, workshops, and hands-on support.
- Ensure employees understand and adopt new document workflows, reducing resistance and maximizing engagement.
- Collaborate with P&O leadership, IT teams, and vendors to manage stakeholders and maintain consistent messaging.
- Monitor adoption, gather feedback, and refine communication and training initiatives for effective program implementation.
Desired Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English; strong interpersonal skills.
- Experience in change management, DMS/archiving, and Workday-integrated HR processes.
- Ability to think strategically, manage projects, and handle crises during system transitions.
- Skilled in stakeholder management, cultural sensitivity, and corporate communication channels.
- Analytical mindset to track adoption, feedback, and training effectiveness.
