Change & Communications Manager - Digital Transformation

We're supporting a leading global organisation in the search for an experienced Change & Communications Manager to support a major Digital Transformation programme across the Asia, Middle East & Africa (AMEA) region.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving business change across a broad portfolio of enterprise initiatives. Rather than being focused on a single technology, you'll support transformation across multiple Digital, Finance, and Supply Chain programmes, ensuring stakeholders are engaged, prepared, and ready to adopt new ways of working.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Change Management and Communications across regional transformation initiatives.
- Develop and execute change strategies, communication plans, and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Drive business readiness, user adoption, and organisational change.
- Work closely with programme teams, business leaders, and regional stakeholders.
- Coordinate training, communications, and adoption activities across multiple markets.
- Identify change impacts and develop mitigation plans to support successful transformation.
- Provide regular reporting on change progress, risks, and adoption metrics.
Required Experience
- Proven experience in Change Management and Communications.
- Experience supporting large-scale Digital or Enterprise Transformation programmes.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Experience working with Finance, Supply Chain, or wider business transformation initiatives.
- Ability to work across global, cross-functional teams and multiple cultures.
- Strong organisational and programme coordination skills.
