Project Role : Change Architect

Project Role Description : Originates, solutions, and partners across the organization & the ecosystem to sell and deliver change programs. Works with the client to understand their transformation and the impacts. Customizes a change solution to the client's unique needs, leveraging frameworks and assets to accelerate transformation by evolving the culture, org and talent. Creates a value-focused pricing strategy and estimates the total value of Change work.

Summary:

As a Cloud Change Architect, a typical day involves initiating and developing innovative cloud transformation solutions while collaborating extensively with various stakeholders within the organization and external partners. This role requires understanding the unique cloud transformation journey of each client and tailoring change strategies that align with their organizational culture, structure, and talent. The Cloud Change Architect actively drives the adoption of cloud technologies by designing value-driven approaches and pricing strategies that highlight the benefits of cloud adoption. The role is dynamic, involving continuous engagement with clients and teams to ensure successful cloud change initiatives that deliver measurable business value.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
  • Responsible for team decisions.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
  • Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
  • Lead the development and implementation of cloud change strategies that align with client objectives and organizational goals.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of cloud transformation programs.
  • Mentor and support junior team members to enhance their skills and contribute effectively to cloud change initiatives.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Strategy and Assessment.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud transformation frameworks and methodologies.
  • Experience in designing and implementing organizational change management strategies related to cloud adoption.
  • Ability to analyze and estimate the value and impact of cloud change programs.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to engage with clients and internal teams effectively.
  • Capability to customize cloud change solutions based on client-specific cultural and organizational needs.

Additional Information:

  • The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Cloud Strategy and Assessment.
  • This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
  • A 15 years full time education is required.
