Job Title: Change and Process Manager / Process Change Consultant

Employment Type: Full-Time | Remote

Working Hours: Mon-Fri | 5:00 AM - 2:00 PM (IST)

Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced Change and Process Manager to drive process improvements and lead change initiatives within the IT environment. The role requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to ensure smooth adoption of process and system changes across infrastructure, applications, and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze, document, and improve existing business processes and workflows.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and operational efficiency.
  • Lead and support change management initiatives across business and technology functions.
  • Develop process maps, SOPs, workflow documentation, and business requirements.
  • Conduct impact assessments and recommend solutions for process-related challenges.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to implement process improvements.
  • Monitor and measure process performance through KPIs and reporting metrics.
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement, communication, and training activities related to process changes.
  • Ensure process compliance with organizational standards and best practices.
  • Support digital transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Manage the end to end change control lifecycle, including change requests, risk assessments, approvals, and post-implementation validation.
  • Develop and execute change adoption strategies to address resistance and ensure user readiness across impacted teams.
  • Track and report on change success rates, adoption metrics, and failed or unauthorized changes to drive accountability.
  • Maintain change logs, audit trails, and documentation to support governance and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 3+ years of experience in Process Improvement and Change Management (IT industry mandatory)
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL change management framework and processes
  • Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, BMC Remedy)
  • Familiarity with change control boards, release management, and CMDB governance
  • Strong knowledge of process mapping and change frameworks
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills preferred
