- Educational Background – BE/Btech, Mtech.MCA, MSC
Key Responsibilities:
- Help the organisation transition successfully towards new ways of working using new systems and processes
- Execute on overall project communications to ensure management and staff are kept fully up to date on what is happening
- Oversee development and delivery of training to management and staff to ensure that they know how to use the new systems to achieve the new ways of working
- Execute regular business readiness assessments in run up to go live to ensure staff are fully familiar with what is expected of them
List All Skills Required For The Position:
- Translate the OneERP organizational change management approach to the local setting
- Organize and lead training sessions and workshops for local users
- Tailor and distribute change management materials according to change and communication plan
- Develop feedback mechanisms to gather input from local users and adjust strategies accordingly
- Track and report on the progress and effectiveness of change management activities
- Ensure that local-specific concerns and requirements are addressed in the change management plan
