Create, review, coordinate, and release engineering change requests and change orders in accordance with the approved workflow.
Create and maintain parts, documents, Bills of Materials, revisions, effectivity, lifecycle status, and product configurations in PLM and ERP systems.
Validate change packages for completeness, data quality, approvals, affected objects, implementation dates, and manufacturing impact.
Coordinate with Design Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Procurement, Quality, Service, and Product Management to clarify requirements and resolve data issues.
Ensure consistency between engineering documentation, PLM structures, ERP manufacturing data, and released product configurations.
Support new-product introduction, sustaining engineering, cost-reduction, localization, supplier-change, and obsolescence activities.
Analyze drawing and BOM changes and identify affected items, assemblies, plants, documents, and downstream users.
Monitor open changes, follow up on pending actions, and communicate priorities, risks, and implementation status to stakeholders.
Support item creation, item revision, BOM maintenance, mass updates, data cleansing, and legacy-data migration activities.
Prepare operational reports and data-quality checks using Microsoft Excel and available PLM or ERP reporting tools.
Follow product-data governance, naming, classification, revision-control, and document-control standards.
Contribute to process improvements, standard work, user guidance, and change-management metrics.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Technical high-school diploma, bachelor's degree, or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
3-6 years of experience in engineering change management, product data management, manufacturing data, configuration management, or a similar role.
Practical experience creating and maintaining items, Bills of Materials, revisions, and engineering changes in PLM and ERP systems.
Ability to read and understand technical drawings, product structures, component specifications, and engineering documentation.
Good understanding of industrial, design-release, manufacturing, and engineering change processes.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills and confidence working with structured datasets and operational reports.
High accuracy, attention to detail, process discipline, and ability to manage repetitive activities without losing data quality.
Good written and spoken English and effective cross-functional communication skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience with Oracle PLM, Oracle ERP, or comparable enterprise PLM and ERP platforms.
Experience in HVAC, Chiller, Thermal Management, electromechanical products, or an industrial manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of configured BOMs, effectivity, options and variants, document control, or multi-plant product data.
Experience supporting NPDI, ETO, sustaining engineering, data migration, or product lifecycle activities.
Familiarity with data-quality dashboards, bulk updates, workflow reporting, or basic automation.
