Project Cargo, Container Freight Stations (CFS), Transportation and Coastal Shipping

Customs and end-to-end logistics solution - it is an Indian-owned multinational (Indian MNC),

CFS Head - is responsible for running the entire CFS business like a CEO of the location. The person ensures smooth operations, profitability, customer satisfaction, compliance with Customs and Port authorities, and achievement of business targets.

Job Location - Chennai (Minjur)

CTC - 50 LPA

Strong CFS/ICD/Port operations experience

✅ Proven P&L management and commercial understanding

✅ Experience in pricing, budgeting, and cost optimization

✅ Strong relationships with Customs, Ports, Shipping Lines, and Railways

✅ Leadership experience in managing large teams and stakeholders

✅ Exposure to digital transformation and process automation

40% Operations: Managing CFS activities, yard, labour, equipment, compliance, and service delivery.

35% P&L & Commercials: Budgeting, profitability, pricing, cost control, contract negotiations, and financial performance.

15% Business Development & Customer Management: Managing shipping lines, customers, and stakeholder relationships.

10% Strategy & Leadership: Business planning, automation initiatives, investments, and organizational development.
