Job Description

Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Develop and implement strategies to drive financial performance and growth.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and maintain strong internal controls.
Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve organizational goals.
Collaborate with senior leadership to drive business decisions and strategic initiatives.
Evaluate investment opportunities and manage capital allocation effectively.
Monitor cash flow, treasury functions, and working capital management.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve profitability and operational efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

A successful CFO should have:

A CA qualification
Proven expertise in financial management within manufacturing/FMCG industry.
Experience in handling financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in the financial domain.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
