This is a part-time on-site role in Pune Division for a CFA Trainer. The selected candidate will deliver professional CFA course training to students, including preparing instructional materials, conducting live sessions, and evaluating performance. Responsibilities include teaching financial concepts such as financial planning, financial statements, and reporting, as well as developing strategies to support students in mastering essential finance skills. Trainers will also foster an engaging and interactive learning environment to enhance student success.

• Strong understanding of Financial Planning and Finance principles
• Proficiency in analyzing Financial Statements and demonstrating Analytical Skills
• Expertise in Financial Reporting and related concepts
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills
• Prior experience as a finance trainer or equivalent teaching roles preferred
• CFA certification (completed or in progress) or relevant field expertise
• Ability to connect with diverse learners to ensure an inclusive and supportive environment
• Passion for nurturing talent and building careers in the finance industry
