Job Title: Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) / Sr. AME
Location: Pan India
Experience: 5–15 Years
Job Responsibilities
- Perform aircraft line maintenance activities in compliance with airworthiness regulations and approved manuals (AMM/IPC/CAME).
- Carry out routine inspections, defect rectification, and servicing as per maintenance schedules.
- Certify maintenance tasks within authorization privileges and ensure aircraft serviceability.
- Issue Certificate of Release to Service (CRS) post completion of maintenance activities.
- Maintain accurate documentation, work records, and system data entries.
- Ensure proper tool control, calibration compliance, and component traceability.
- Interpret technical manuals, engineering instructions, and schematic diagrams for maintenance execution.
- Supervise technicians to ensure adherence to quality, safety, and productivity standards.
- Ensure compliance with DGCA CAR145 regulations and company quality procedures.
- Report incidents, defects, and unairworthy conditions to maintenance control.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth maintenance operations.
- Promote and implement safety practices and human factors in all maintenance activities.
Eligibility Criteria
Experience
- Minimum 5–10 years of hands-on experience in aircraft line maintenance.
- Strong exposure to inspection, servicing, defect troubleshooting, and certification activities.
Qualification & Licensing
- AME Diploma or equivalent technical qualification.
- B1 Category authorization preferred.
- Experience on Boeing 737-8/8200 aircraft will be an added advantage.
Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of DGCA regulations and CAR145 requirements.
- Familiarity with Quality Systems and Continuing Airworthiness Management Exposition (CAME).
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and maintenance procedures.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.
- Leadership abilities to manage and supervise technical teams.
