Certified Sr. Workday Integration Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and build complex inbound/outbound Workday integrations across HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and Recruiting modules using Core Connectors, EIB, Workday Studio, REST/SOAP APIs, and Orchestrations.
• Develop and maintain Workday Advanced, Composite, Matrix, and BIRT reports to support integration source data and analytics.
• Hands-on experience with Workday Extend framework, REST APIs, Workday Prism, and custom object design.
• Manage and support post-merger (M&A) Workday integrations and data conversions.
• Implement scalable data models, define mapping logic, and design end-to-end integration architecture.
• Configure Workday Security, Integration System Users (ISU), and domain/policy management.
• Debug and resolve integration errors in production environments efficiently.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and IT stakeholders to align integrations with business processes.
• Experience integrating Workday with third-party vendors such as ADP, Benefit Providers, Greenhouse, GoodTime, or ServiceNow.
• Participate in project management, Change Management, Testing (UT/SIT/UAT), and Deployment activities.
• Present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and demonstrate strong client management skills.
