Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Certified Quality Analyst and Trainer specializing in E/M - IP & OP. The role involves evaluating and improving the quality and accuracy of medical records, providing quality control and assurance measures, and offering training to ensure adherence to documentation standards. The candidate will work closely with medical professionals to achieve compliance, support quality management processes, and contribute to optimizing operational outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to review and assess clinical documentation and coding accuracy
• Expertise in Quality Control and Quality Assurance processes to maintain high documentation standards
• Proficiency in Quality Management practices to uphold and enhance operational excellence
• Strong Communication skills to clearly provide feedback and lead effective training sessions
• Certified in Quality Assurance or related certifications; familiarity with E/M coding standards for Inpatient and Outpatient settings
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site role in Noida
