Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Certified Pilates Instructor based in Navi Mumbai. The instructor will be responsible for leading Pilates classes, designing personalized exercise plans, and delivering exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include conducting group exercise sessions, providing one-on-one coaching, ensuring proper form and safety for clients, and fostering an encouraging and motivating environment for all participants.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Pilates Instruction and the ability to lead both group and individualized sessions
• Experience in Group Exercise and Teaching, with the ability to motivate and guide clients effectively
• Knowledge of Physical Therapy principles to ensure client safety and provide tailored modifications
• Strong Customer Service skills to build positive relationships and maintain client satisfaction
• Relevant certifications in Pilates Instruction are required
• Flexibility in accommodating schedules and providing a positive, client-centered experience
• Previous experience in a fitness or wellness environment is an advantage
