Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Certified Pilates Instructor based in Delhi. Responsibilities include designing and conducting engaging Pilates sessions for individuals and groups, creating tailored exercise plans, and ensuring a safe, effective workout environment. The instructor will motivate clients, monitor progress, provide feedback, and educate participants about proper techniques and wellness. Additional duties include maintaining a clean studio space and delivering exceptional customer service to clients.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Pilates instruction and group exercise techniques
• Familiarity with elements of physical therapy to safely address diverse client needs
• Strong customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for all participants
• Experience in teaching and engaging with individuals and groups
• Certification as a Pilates Instructor is required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for fitness and wellness with a welcoming demeanor
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
