Role Overview

The instructor will lead 60-minute small-group sessions that combine Pilates-based movement with strength and mobility work. The role requires strong attention to form, clear cueing, and the ability to create an engaging and disciplined class environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead structured group classes with a focus on technique, control, and progression
• Provide clear verbal and visual cues to ensure proper form and safety
• Maintain class flow, energy, and engagement
• Adapt exercises for different fitness levels within a group setting
• Contribute to a positive and professional studio experience

Requirements

• Certification in Pilates, fitness training, or related discipline
• Experience in group class instruction
• Strong communication and coaching skills
• Good understanding of movement mechanics and injury prevention
• Professional, punctual, and team-oriented
