Homvisit Health Pvt Ltd is a B2B healthcare services company supporting companies across Kerala with employee health checkups, corporate medical camps, and home visit blood sample collection through our home collection brand, Blood Lyf. We are building a network of certified phlebotomy professionals to serve scheduled home collections and corporate camps across our 13-district service area, from Thiruvananthapuram to Kasaragod.

ROLE: CERTIFIED PHLEBOTOMY TECHNICIAN (CONTRACT)

Type: Contract / per-assignment

Location: Field-based — Kerala (multiple districts)

Engagement: assignments coordinated by the Homvisit Health operations team

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Collect blood samples from patients at their homes, following appointment schedules shared by our coordination team

• Support corporate medical camps and on-site health checkups at offices and workplaces

• Verify patient identity, label samples accurately, and prepare them for safe transport to our diagnostic laboratory partners

• Follow hygiene, infection-control, and biomedical waste disposal protocols at every collection

• Represent Homvisit professionally — patient comfort, clear communication, and accurate records are part of every visit

• Coordinate with the operations team on scheduling, route planning, and completion reporting

WHAT YOU BRING

• Recognised phlebotomy technician certification

• Prior experience in blood sample collection — laboratory, hospital, home visit, or camp settings preferred

• Working knowledge of Malayalam and English

• Willingness to travel within assigned districts; a valid driving licence and two-wheeler are an advantage

• Careful attention to labelling, documentation, and sample handling
