Certified Medical Coder 1-3 years exp candidate for Pune Location
- Certified Medical Coder (CPC/CCA/CCS or equivalent certification preferred)

Requirements:
- Certified Medical Coder (CPC/CCA/CCS or equivalent certification preferred)
- Strong experience in E&M coding (Pediatric will be an add-on)
- Good knowledge of denial management and claim corrections.
- Ability to review medical records and assign accurate CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes
- Familiarity with payer guidelines and modifier usage
- Experience working on claim denials, appeals, and coding audits
- Good communication and analytical skills
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Prior experience in physician billing/revenue cycle management is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and maintain productivity & quality standards
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate medical coding for physician encounters
- Handle E&M coding and modifier review
- Analyze and resolve coding-related denials
- Ensure compliance with coding guidelines and payer policies
- Coordinate with the billing and AR teams for claim resolution
