Role Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Chartered Management Accountant (CMA) with 1+ years of post-qualification experience to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will support financial operations through accurate reporting, compliance, and management analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and support development of management reports with key metrics
Conduct cost and profitability analyses
- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial models
Analyze performance vs. budget and offer insights
Monitor business operation costs
Identify cost-reduction and efficiency opportunities
- Internal Controls and Risk Management
Support implementation of internal controls
Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
Ensure adherence to financial regulations and standards
Assist with statutory reporting and timely financial data submission
- Collaboration & Communication
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for data and alignment
Communicate insights to stakeholders and management
Qualifications & Skills
Qualified CMA (ICWA)
Strong grasp of management accounting, reporting, and financial analysis
Preferably familiar with SAP
Detail-oriented and deadline-driven
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and teamwork abilities
