Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Certified Internet Consultant located in Indore. The role involves consulting with clients to understand their business needs, providing solutions with Justdial services, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include promoting and selling online marketing services, guiding customers on leveraging digital platforms, and delivering effective training to clients to optimize their business presence.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Consulting and providing tailored solutions to clients
• Strong skills in Customer Service and the ability to maintain high levels of client satisfaction
• Experience in Sales and Online Marketing strategies to increase client engagement and business growth
• Capability to deliver effective Training and instruct clients on the best practices for utilizing Justdial's services
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work onsite and collaborate effectively with team members and clients
• Basic technical understanding of digital platforms and business solutions
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field is preferred
