Role Description
We are seeking a Certified Internet Consultant for a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad. The consultant will engage with clients to provide expert advice on leveraging online solutions to grow their businesses. Key responsibilities include offering tailored consultation, enhancing customer engagement, driving sales of Justdial services, and providing digital solutions to clients through extensive communication and relationship-building efforts. Training customers and assisting them in understanding Justdial's offerings, such as JD Omni, will also form an integral part of the role.

- Strong consulting and customer service skills to address client needs effectively while building lasting relationships.
- Proven experience in sales and the ability to drive business growth by promoting services and solutions.
- Familiarity with online marketing tools and strategies to provide digital solutions to clients.
- Capability to train customers on platform usage and service benefits.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and create innovative solutions for clients.
- Educational qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in a similar consulting or sales role is advantageous.
