Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Ceramics Instructor to join our team at Studio Myraa in Hyderabad. In this on-site role, you will guide students and participants through the art of ceramics, including pottery and wheel-throwing techniques. Key responsibilities include conducting workshops, demonstrating the proper use of kilns and other studio equipment, maintaining the safety and cleanliness of the studio, and inspiring creativity among students. Additionally, you will create structured lesson plans and provide personalized instruction based on student skill levels, fostering a nurturing and engaging learning environment.

Qualifications

• Proficient in ceramic techniques, including pottery and wheel throwing
• Experience in operating kilns and maintaining ceramic studio equipment
• Strong teaching and mentorship skills to guide students at all skill levels
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to commit to an on-site, full-time position in Hyderabad
• Passion for the arts and fostering creativity within a community
• Prior experience in leading creative workshops or classes is preferred
