JSW Sports is looking for someone to join the CEO's office in Mumbai.
Role Overview
This individual will work closely with the CEO, act as a strategic partner, going beyond calendar management to support business planning, project execution, and decision-making.
This role requires a combination of structured thinking, business acumen, and execution excellence, with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Analysis & Decision Support
- Conduct data analysis, research, and benchmarking to support strategic decisions
- Build presentations, reports, and dashboards for leadership reviews
- Translate business problems into insights and actionable recommendations
- Business plan modelling and financial acumen + analysis is important
- Multi team Project management experience
- AI proficiency( will be a bonus)and Familiar with tech
2.Project Management & Execution
- Drive cross-functional projects on behalf of the CEO
- Track progress, identify risks, and ensure timely delivery of key initiatives
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Bring structure, accountability, and visibility to ongoing projects
3. Executive Support & Calendar Management
- Manage CEO's calendar, meetings, and priorities with strong judgment and foresight
- Ensure optimal time allocation aligned with business priorities
- Prepare agendas, briefs, and follow-ups for key meetings
4. Stakeholder Management
- Act as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
- Ensure seamless communication and follow-through on priorities
- Manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion
5. Planning & Reviews
- Support annual planning, budgeting, and review cycles
- Prepare materials for board meetings, leadership reviews, and strategy sessions
- Track key business metrics and ensure alignment across teams
6. Process & Efficiency Improvement
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiency
- Build and implement systems, trackers, and operating rhythms
- Drive a culture of execution discipline and accountability
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 2–6 years of experience in consulting, business roles, program management, or EA to senior leadership
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- High level of ownership, discretion, and reliability
- Ability to multitask and thrive in ambiguity
