Objective of the role: CEO- Construction Division
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO)- Construction division is responsible for leading and managing the overall project operations, strategic growth, profitability, and business development of the construction company. The CEO will oversee project execution, financial performance, client relations, compliance, while ensuring the company achieves its long-term goals and maintains industry standards.
Location: Mira- Bhayander. Only Mumbai candidates are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement long-term strategies aligned with industry trends, client demands, and construction best practices.
- Lead project delivery, resource planning, and productivity across multiple construction sites, ensuring quality, safety, and schedule adherence.
- Oversee all construction projects to ensure timely completion within budget and quality standards.
- Monitor project planning, execution, procurement, and resource allocation.
- Oversee all financial functions including budgeting, cost control, tendering, and commercial performance to ensure profitability and growth.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, environmental regulations, and construction policies.
- Monitor risk management strategies for projects and business operations.
- Ensure adherence to construction regulations, health and safety standards (e.g., OSHA, local building codes), and corporate governance policies.
- Represent the company with clients, investors, contractors, and regulatory bodies, ensuring high standards of communication and service delivery.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships to expand market presence.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred.
- 17+ years of experience in construction/project management, with senior leadership experience.
- Strong understanding of construction operations, contracts, budgeting, and project execution.
- Construction Project Management certified.
- Risk Assessment & Compliance Management.
