Lead overall business strategy, P&L, and growth while scaling the industrial & logistics platform across key markets.
Drive asset development, leasing, and monetization, while managing JVs, investors, and capital partnerships.
Build and lead cross-functional teams, ensuring strong governance, operational excellence, and a high-performance culture.

The Successful Applicant

Proven experience building and scaling industrial / logistics / real estate platforms
Strong understanding of joint ventures, institutional capital, and asset growth models
Deep exposure to leasing, development, and asset monetization
Strategic mindset with strong operational execution capability
Ability to work closely with promoters in a high-growth environment
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
