About Entrust Foundation
Entrust Foundation is a Bengaluru-based foundation established in 2015 to serve society and
preserve cultural heritage. Its flagship initiative, Ekatvam, brings together Indian classical music and
elderly care under one purpose: keeping cultural memory alive while ensuring that the elderly live
with dignity, community, and meaning.
The Foundation's work extends beyond music and elder care. It also encompasses Vedic
education, the preservation of Indian philosophical traditions, and the stewardship of a Goshala,
each initiative rooted in the same conviction: that living purposefully means honouring what has
been inherited and ensuring that it continues. The Foundation is guided by the belief that wealth
and privilege carry a responsibility to create something that genuinely outlasts the individual.
Position Overview: Chief Executive Officer
Entrust Foundation is looking for a Chief Executive Officer to lead all programmes and operations
across its full range of initiatives, spanning Indian classical music through Ekatvam, elderly care,
Vedic education, and Goshala stewardship. This is a mission-first leadership role for someone who
brings genuine passion for social work, sensitivity to Indian culture and tradition, and the operational
clarity to translate a founder's vision into sustained, meaningful impact.
The right person for this role will not be driven by designation. They will be driven by the work.
