As a part of their future growth, they are looking to diversify their product offering and looking for a professional CEO to drive business working closely with promoters and institutional investors.

Roles and Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Growth:

-Provide overall leadership and direction, driving vision, culture, and long-term strategy.

-Lead expansion into new geographies while strengthening the company's presence in existing markets.

-Champion new product innovations and green financing initiatives aligned with business objectives.

Operational & Financial Management:

-Take full ownership of the company's P&L, ensuring sustainable profitability and strong financial governance.

-Oversee risk management, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency across all business verticals.

Team Building & Organizational Development:

-Build, mentor, and retain a high-performing leadership team.

-Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and customer-centricity.

Skills and qualifications

-Around 20 years of experience in financial services working with NBFCs or banks.

-Strong background in commercial vehicle finance, MSME lending, LAP, or related secured credit products.

-Proven track record in scaling businesses, managing P&L, and driving operational excellence.

-Experience working with rural and semi-urban markets is highly desirable.
