Roles and Responsibilities :

1. Process Standardization: Designing company-wide SOPs and process maps to eliminate siloed operations and ensure workflow consistency.
2. Compliance & Quality: Serving as the internal authority to enforce corporate policies, regulatory standards, and quality benchmarks.
3. Data Intelligence: Building robust MIS frameworks and dashboards to turn raw data into actionable executive insights.
4. System Transformation: Leading enterprise-wide scaling initiatives, specifically driving end-to-end ERP rollouts and ISO certifications.
5. Technical Skills:

Methodologies: Sharp understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, Change Management, and Process Mapping.

Tools & Software: High proficiency in ERP systems, workflow documentation software and Advanced Excel/PowerPoint. 

Location: HO (Mulund West)

Qualification: MBA (Operations / General Management) / Post Graduate in Business

Excellence Experience: 15-20 Years (with a background in process transformation & governance)
